1. Booking & Deposits

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received by DJ Shik. The deposit secures your event date and is deducted from the total package price. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Deposit Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it will not be returned under any circumstances, including cancellations by the client, changes of mind, or changes to the event date or details.

The only exception to this policy is if DJ Shik cancels the event. In the unlikely event that DJ Shik is unable to perform at your event and must cancel, your full deposit will be refunded in its entirety.

3. Cancellations by the Client

If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule your event to a new date, the deposit may be transferred to the new date subject to availability and at the sole discretion of DJ Shik.

4. Final Balance

The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date may result in DJ Shik withholding services until payment is received.
